CyberStorm is a free program for Windows that makes particle effects for Minecraft Bedrock. A particle effect is the fire on a torch, the smoke from a campfire, the sparkle around an enchanted item, the burst when something explodes. In Bedrock every one of those is a text file full of settings, and until now you wrote that file by hand and restarted the game to see what you got. CyberStorm turns the file into a form. You change a setting, and the effect changes in front of you, in a live three dimensional viewport, while you watch.

There are eight parts to it, and they all work on the same effect at the same time. Editing gives you every emitter and particle setting as a field, with a slider, an exact number, or a Molang expression, and a question mark beside each one that explains what it does. Undo works on everything. The Viewport shows the effect playing with the same depth and blend rules Bedrock uses, and its gizmos write real data: aim the emitter, drag the blue arm for direction and speed and the orange arm for acceleration, move one particle and CyberStorm works out the start velocity, size and spin that put it there. Textures come with a gallery, a built in pixel editor, fifty shipped textures, and the Vibrant Visuals maps that make a sprite glow or catch the light. Events and time are TreeLine, the event graph, TimeLine, the keyframes and curves, and PerformanceLine, which measures how many particles and emitters are alive and reports numbers with no scores and no budgets. Showtime puts effects, sound, music and camera moves on tracks and exports the whole show as a behavior pack. The Library watches the folders of your own packs so you can search, filter, compare and audit what you have. Cyber AI is Axe, a chat agent inside the editor that reads the open effect and changes a few fields at a time on request, every edit undoable. And Performance is the part that keeps a show playable: PerformanceLine breaks the cost down by frame, by tick or by second, shows which effect and which event spawned the most, and Optimize spreads a heavy burst across a few ticks so the game can schedule it, with Revert to put every byte back.

Getting it is simple. CyberStorm is free software under the GNU General Public License, version three or later, and every release ships its complete source. It runs on sixty four bit Windows as a portable zip with no installer and no account. Download the zip from GitHub, unzip it, keep the folder together, and run CyberStorm dot exe. A Linux build is to come. Before you point any automated tool at your packs, back them up.

Axe, the Cyber AI, works with whatever model you already pay for. Connect OpenRouter with your own key and pick from its list, run a local server such as Ollama, LM Studio, llama dot cpp or vLLM, or sign in with your Anthropic account and use Claude. AI Settings shows every model with its price per million tokens, its context length and what it can do, so you choose by cost. CyberStorm ships no key and no credit of its own, and every action Axe takes is written to an action history you can inspect and revert.

Help lives inside the app and on this site. The app's Help has forty one topics, from starting your first effect through textures, events, Showtime, the Library and the field references, and every settings field has its own question mark. The Guides section of this site carries the same forty one topics so you can read them anywhere. If a question is not answered there, join the Discord or open an issue on GitHub. There is no contact form and no support email, on purpose. The people who can answer are in those two places.
