Library collections

Organize references to indexed assets without copying their files.

Create and edit

Select Library assets before opening Collections. Choose New collection, enter a name and description, and choose whether to include the selected assets. Create collection saves the new group.

Choose an existing collection to inspect its members. Save name and description commits those fields. Add selected Library assets adds the current Library selection; Remove selected members removes only the members selected in the list.

Filter and remove

Show in Library applies the chosen collection alongside existing search and filters. Clear collection filter removes that restriction. Members marked Not indexed retain their references but are not currently available in the index.

Delete collection opens a confirmation. Cancel preserves it; Delete removes its member references without deleting asset files. Shared Undo and Redo restore collection changes. Refresh reloads the saved state and replaces the displayed draft; Close dismisses the dialog.
